avocado pear hemp smoothie


This smoothie combines nice juicy pears with soft hemp seeds, creamy avocado

and sweet dates. All healthy creamy and delicious!

Pears are rich are an excellent source of fiber, antioxidants, vitamin C and K, and copper.

Hemp seeds provide a complete and easy to digest protein

Avocados are very nutritious and are loaded with healthy fats and contain a wide variety of nutrients, including 20 different vitamins and minerals.

The insoluble and soluble fiber found in dates help to clean out

the gastrointestinal system, allowing the colon to work at greater levels.


2 ripe juicy pears, cored and cut into chunks

1 avocado

¾ cup water

5 dates

1 cup ice

Combine pear, avocado, hemp seeds and dates in a blender.

Add ice and puree until no chunks of ice remain.

Yield: 3
