HEAVENLY HEMP CHOCOLATE MOUSSE (easy to make)
A delicious creamy chocolate mousse based on healthy, protein-rich hemp.
1 cup shelled hemp seeds
1 cup water
2 heaping tablespoons coconut oil (melt before using)
3 heaping tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons raw cacao
3 tablespoons lecithin powder
Add the shelled hemp seeds and the water into the blender and blend until completely smooth.
Put through a strainer (don’t skip this step, it will make your pudding so much smoother).
Add into blender again with all the remaining ingredients and blend for 30 seconds.
Spoon mousse into individual dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
