hempolada smoothie


Try this delicious, refreshing and all healthy pineapple coconut hemp smoothie!  You can enjoy this healthy smoothie as a snack, breakfast, or dessert.

Juicy, deliciously tangy and sweet, pineapple is rich in vitamins, minerals and

a health benefiting proteolytic enzyme called bromelain. Bromelain is helpful

in digesting food by breaking down the protein particles within it, promoting

a healthy digestive system. It’s great for a natural detox and has also been known

for its anti-inflammatory and anti-clotting properties.

The added hemp seeds provide good and easy to digest protein.


¼ cup (shelled) hemp seeds

1 cup (unsweetened) coconut water

1 ½  cup pineapple chunks

1 (large) banana

1 cup ice cubes

Combine pineapple chunks, hemp, coconut water, banana in

a blender. Add ice and blend until smooth.
