JUST HEMP MAYONNAISE
A delicious, easy to make, creamy, all healthy, mayonnaise!
Packed with healthy fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes.
1 cup shelled hemp seeds
2 tbsp hemp seed oil
3 tbsp apple vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp honey
1 tsp Celtic salt
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and keep blending until it gets really nice and creamy. Run through a strainer
if you want to get rid of some remaining shells.
This is a basic mayonnaise, try variations like: garlic, curry, onion, wasabi, fresh herbs like parsley, basil, thyme, or chives.
Store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 4 days.
Yield: 1 cup mayonnaise.
