SIMPLE BLUEBERRY HEMP CHIA PUDDING

SIMPLE BLUEBERRY HEMP CHIA PUDDING

-1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds

-1 tbsp chia seeds

-1 cup blueberries

-1 large avocado

-1 tbsp honey

-3 tsp lemon/lime juice

-2 tsp vanilla

-dash sea salt

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pure energy, minerals and proteins,easy to digest, rich in omega 3-6-9 fatty acids, antioxidants and fiber, feels light in your stomach.

 

It is a delicious breakfast, dessert or snack and a perfect pre-workout food!

 

Directions:

 

In a small bowl, soak the chia seeds in 6 tablespoons water until the chia seeds have absorbed most of the liquid creating a thick gel. ( 30 min.) While soaking, stir regulary.

 

In a food processor or high speed blender, pour the chia seeds into the blender with all the other ingredients and blend until creamy.

 

Pour in the bowl/glass/cup you're serving in.
